The new season of ALL THE WAY UP, an original Canal+ creation, created by Franck Gastambide, will open CANNESERIES Season 04, the Cannes International Series Festival. Before airing on Canal+ in October, the first 4 episodes of the second season of ALL THE WAY UP will premiere in the Auditorium Lumière on Friday October 8.
“It seemed very obvious to welcome Franck Gastambide and ALL THE WAY UP at CANNESERIES. The first season should have been part of the festival in 2020 but the health conditions have chosen differently. The series received the Audience Award in CANNESERIES in 2020. Since then, we wanted to welcome the second season for the 2021 edition. It’s impossible to miss on this social tale of the dark rap universe, with its purely comic moments. The first season has been a true success with more than 35 million views” – Albin Lewi, Artistic Director of CANNESERIES

CANNESERIES Season 4 will take place from October 8 to 13, 2021, parallel to the 37th edition of the MIPCOM, the World’s Entertainment Content Market (October 11 to 14).

CANNESERIES, the Cannes International Series Festival, aims to bring out and embody series from all over the world. The official selection is made up of international and French series never shown before in France, and highlights their creativity and boldness. Its goal is to discover the new talents of tomorrow and celebrate accomplished artists while creating a strong relationship with the audience through many conferences, an entirely free access to the screenings and rendez-vous. For 6 days, the legendary city of Cannes will host the pink carpet that the public and professionals will walk in order to give CANNESERIES prestige, elegance, creativity and a bit of pop!
