TenTime network held its official launch ceremony in the heart of Downtown Beirut, where several politicians, journalists and well-renowned artists participated in the event.
With the rise of on-demand TV, TenTime became the first and largest entertainment platform of its kind in the Arab world, providing its viewers with a large selection of movies, series, programs and documentaries from all around the world, which are translated or dubbed into Arabic. In addition to a number of other TV content that will soon become exclusive to TenTime.
The ceremony, which was presented by Annabella Hilal, received several prominent artists in the Arab world, such as Assi El Hellani, Saif Nabeel, Nour Al Zain, Esraa Al Aseel and Hatem Amouri.
“It is the Arab dream of establishing a global network for the future. A future that we are forging today, with our will and expertise and by providing opportunities to rising stars, specifically young men and women, from all Arab countries”, said Mira Moawad, the Chief Marketing & Products Officer at TenTime.
Afterwards, TenTime’s board member, Ibrahim Akel, presented his speech in which he explained that “TenTime was an idea and we wanted it to convey a message; that Arabs have much more similarities than differences, which is why we decided to adopt the slogan “Kallemni Arabi” (Speak to me in Arabic) and we will make sure that it is applied every day and in every single program.”
“We will speak in Arabic, sing in Arabic and above all, be joyful in Arabic”, he added.
“TenTime will rise to become truly exceptional, for it will address its Arab viewers in their own language as well as deliver an impressive amount of Arab artistic production, including dubbed content, from different countries in the Arab world. Not to mention its varied music content that features the most prominent Arab artists. TenTime will not only cooperate with multiple Arab television stations, but will also create its own unique and diverse productions, which will be released from its studios in Beirut, Damascus, Amman, Dubai and other Arab countries,” he concluded.
