Celebrating the festive season, Secrets invited many food lovers to discover their new shop at Sanayeh. Chef Hazem Arayssiwelcomed Daddy Foody who was the Guest of honour, and all the guests, who enjoyed tasting a variety of desserts prepared especially for them.
Secrets new shop in Sanayeh is heaven to all sweets lovers. The shop offers traditional pastries along with new innovations such as the Cereal icecream blend which is a first in Lebanon. There is also special bûches for the Holidays, along with chocolates, cakes made in a different way such as the 4 quarters, eclairepyramide, multi flavour cake, and the magic tarte. Secretsoffers 24 unique icecreamflavours, mouthewatering grab and go sandwiches, salads and juices and finally the latest introduction: the Pain au lait, aux olives and au chocolat.
The guests enjoyed the different sorts of desserts and a Goody bag was waiting for them for additional enjoyment at home.
Chef Hazem Arayssiis the Success story behind secrets, he is an AUB graduate that started baking at home for friends and a couple of restaurants and didn’t see himself working for anyone, that was20 years ago. Three months later took the bold move and moved to Paris for a year of intensive pastry training in one of the best schools in the 15th arrondissement. He came back and started his own company, Hazem ArayssiPatissier, opened the 1st shop in Dunes, Verdun and later on, moved to the current factory, in Verdun also, were they manufacture till to date. In 2002, Secrets was born in Koraytem, they were a dozen of enthusiastic bakers trying to redefine the pastry world. 16 years later, here they are, 6 shops in Lebanon and one amazing shop in Jordan.
